That’s why I’m so excited to present this 5K (3.1 mile) workout plan. I have designed it for everyone, all faces and all rhythms. All you need is a pair of running shoes and maybe some headphones to get you going.
You will see throughout the six weeks that you incorporate a lot of walking and different types of exercise, not just running. And I promise you, this mix of yoga, strength training, walking, walking, jogging, running, and stretching will get you across the finish line.
Running can be daunting, but I hope jogging and running on the plan starts to become fun, heck, even exhilarating. A big part of running for me is the music. I’ll be posting playlists of my favorite running songs on my Instagram, but I encourage you to DJ your own running sets with songs that make you feel happy and make you feel like you just have to move. Try running for the length of your favorite song, just see how it makes you feel!
If you just don’t feel it for a few days, know that you’re totally fine. Listen to your body before listening to me. I’ll be there with you, and you can even DM me on Instagram if you want to talk about it, before you run out.
I can’t wait to cross the finish line with you. Now we go after him!
